Born and raised in High Ridge, David Casteel is a lifelong Jefferson County resident, proud father, local small business owner, and active member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Fenton. He understands the challenges facing small businesses and working families and will fight for policies that create jobs, attract new investment to Jefferson County, grow our economy, and keep Missouri strong.
